We aim to despatch all orders for publications within 2 working days of receipt, by air mail for all overseas shipping. We give an estimate of delivery times during the checkout process and as a condition of purchase from us, you agree to be bound by these times. We aim to deliver all goods a maximum of 4 weeks after shipping, and a fee for postage and packing is confirmed during the checkout process. In cases where the goods have not been delivered, are faulty or incomplete we will dispatch a replacement order if available or refund your payment. In some cases, we may ask you to return faulty or incomplete goods.
